lead time & DISPATCH

New orders will be dispatched on Wednesday 15 April 2026.

Personalised badges are handmade to order, with a 2-3 week lead time that varies depending on when you place your order. If you order on a Wednesday morning, the lead time will be 2 weeks. Orders placed on a Wednesday afternoon, or any time between Thursday and Tuesday, will have a maximum lead time of 3 weeks.

📮 If you order on a Wednesday before midday, your turnaround will be approximately 2 weeks (plus delivery).

📮 If you order on a Wednesday after midday, your turnaround will be approximately 3 weeks (plus delivery).

Once dispatched, please allow 1-3 business days for 1st Class delivery or 3-7 business days for 2nd Class.

You'll find the current dispatch date for new orders confirmed on the banner at the top of the website and in the dropdown menu on each product page before placing an order.

You can choose 1st Class (£3.50) or 2nd Class (£2.50) Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Delivery time after dispatch:

  • 1st Class: 1-3 business days

  • 2nd Class: 3-7 business days


These times should be used as a guide only.

Short on time or want to be super efficient? I can send your order straight to friends or family with a personalised note from yourself (and of course not include any prices) at no extra cost. If you'd like to do this simply add the note you'd like included in the 'Any Special Instructions' box at the checkout and I'll do the rest!

Safety Advice: These badges are handcrafted decorative accessories. They are not toys and are not intended for use in play.

  • Safety: Due to the functional sharp pin and small parts, these must only be worn under adult supervision.

  • Safe Sleep: Always remove the badge before your child goes to sleep.

  • Fire & Heat: Keep away from naked flames and all heat sources.

  • Storage: Store securely and out of reach of children.

  • Care: These items are a keepsake and are not washable.

returns & Refunds

Personalised Items
Because personalised items are made especially for you, the 14-day change-of-mind return does not apply. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email [email protected] and I will of course put things right.

Non-Personalised Items
If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email [email protected] within those 14 days to let me know. You then have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging. I will refund the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. You have a 30-day right to a refund for faulty goods. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund (including delivery and return postage costs) will be processed to your original payment method.
